When their eyes open, they become more head shy, when they hit 3 to 4 weeks, they go through a bold or a shy or reserved stage, they will grow out of this! 5/15/24 It is with a very sad heart that we are placing our pick of the litter up for adoption. Unfortunately, though it isn't a problem to an owner, or to the dog, Lois found a very tiny umbilical hernia on this boy. We do not believe it is genetic, we believe that it may have been caused at birth, BUT we can't take the risk of breeding this into the lines. With that being said, this beautiful, sweet, velcro and smart boy is up for adoption looking for his perfect home.
He is at a lowered price so that should his new family choose to do the surgery, or should it be deemed necessary in the future, the lowered cost will help to cover any possible needs for this.
If you believe this boy would make a wonderful fit for your home AND you feel that you can handle/take care of a giant (he should be around 150 to 165 lbs) and you understand the needs to a giant and their joints and how their overall size may make you have to buy a new car/truck LOL, then please contact me.
3/29/24 Fantastic boy. Long coated which we don't keep often, but this boy is still reserved enough for the breed and has all the confirmation and characteristics needed to continue to produce Dire Wolves.
3/4/24 Temperament 10 very laid back puppy. Mentally, give these guys time to grow! Very sensitive and soft. Give them time to understand what you're saying! When you ask them to sit, give them time to process.
2/25/24 This boy is a keeper. Solid, velcro, a thinker. He wants to please, yet he holds a bit of the lazy Mastiff side too.
He will not be huge, 118 to 132, but he will be unique in his look! He will be solid with his family, preferring to stick with you rather than run off and meet new people.
Solid recall early is needed early, to ensure you can stop him from bolling someone over accidentally due to his size!!
