4/29/24 Confirmation 9.2 longer nose than I would like. Thin bones too.
Temperament 10+
Quiet and a thinker. Dark face,darker legs and black ticking. Very nice pup. She is a keeper.
4/12/24 Very sweet girl. A bit head shy at this time, but lap therapy will help with this. She is a more forward female on the ground and left to her own devices. She will be velcro, but she will also be the one that watches before moving.
She learns by listening and watching. She will not do well if you force her into situations. You need to let her have to think.
4/7/24 more outgoing than her sister, she is still very soft. She is very willing to please, and more velcro than her sister. She is more bold and is more interested and searching out new things before you tell her to.
4/4/24 Soft female. Easy going, likes cuddles and soft time with people. Doesn't mind being moved/held and is a thinker.
Black silver sable reverse. Runt. 5-6 hours after the last pup was born. Came out head first.

What we will get:
Coat color, eyes and ears: Up ears on 80% of pups. There is a possibility of a weak ear in one or two pups, but time will tell. Eyes will be light amber to bright yellow. The darker the pup, the lighter the eyes.
Coats: Medium to long
Weight: 95 - 112 for females; 105 to 145 for males
Height: 27 to 30 inches
Temperaments: Between 8 and 10 Temperament Scores

12/6/25 THESE PUPS ARE DIRE WOLF in LOOKS, they are NOT all 10+ temperaments. This comes from the mom's side. She is more skiddish of noises and things dropping when she doesn't expect them. She has always been like this, but one of the reasons why she was bred to Lono was not only for the slanted eyes (which is very important) and the bright yellow eyes, but also because Lono is a forward, friendly and nothing bothers him. Typically, this is enough to pull 95% of the pups forward, but Moera's line even back to her father Korben is a bit reserved. All this means, is that I am doing daily work on lap therapy and will be taking them more places with me than I typically do with other litters.
Also, because of the motherless previous litter, I have been less "hands on" with this litter after they are settled than I normally am. All of this plays a role, but as 5th generation AA's, I am not worried about them at all.
11/10/25 Moera is a fantastic mom so far. She has had 2 puppies a boy and girl so far and has taken to mothering just like her mom, and her mom before.
